    512XBow

Engineered specially for crossbow hunters, our Model 512-XBOW™ HWS® uses the unique properties of holography to create optimal range-scaling data in a heads-up display. A pre-calculated ranging scale (in yards) is projected on the target and measures the back to the belly of a typical mature whitetail deer (18"). Simply position the base of the scale on the belly and read from where the back intersects the scale — it's that easy. No guesswork. No extra movement. Both range information and aiming reticle are displayed within the same sight picture, delivering the data for a deadly shot when every second counts.

Our most popular reticle offered, the 68 MOA ring with 1 MOA dot provides three usable aiming points. The aiming points were based on the following load: .223 cal. 62 gr. 2,900 vel.

When using other loads and calibers, the operator will have to establish the ranges associated with the aiming points. When using a shotgun, the 68 MOA ring can be used to represent shot patterns but will vary based on choke and shell selection. For ordering this reticle, the model codes end in -0.

Our two-dot reticle pattern can be easily distinguished with or without magnification and offers the benefit of an additional long-range, aiming dot. The aiming points were based on the following load: .223 cal. 62 gr. 2,900 vel. For ordering this reticle, the model codes end in -2.

Model 512. XBOW was designed with the crossbow hunter in mind. The XBOW utilizes the unique properties of holography to create optimal range scaling data in a heads-up display. A pre-calculated ranging scale is projected on the target and measures the back to the belly of a standard whitetail deer (18"). Simply position the base of the scale on the belly and read the yardage line that crosses the back. This integral ranging pattern eliminates unnecessary body movement or added noise while in the stand since the ranging and aiming information are both displayed in the same sight picture.
