I dropped in on Mike to check out the various Nightforce reticles before buying. Mike was a wealth of info and set me straight on all things MIL vs. MOA. He was genuinely helpful, wanted to make sure I knew all the facts (whether they were what he prefered or not) before I made the purchase, and was interested in my thoughts on reticles/scopes as well. Great service from someone that actually knows what they're talking about, a great change from most gun shops. Thanks Mike, hope to see you again sometime out at Sac Valley.

I heard of CS Tactical when they first got going under the name "CS Gunworks". This was my first time doing business with them. I was preparing for a training course, and equipping for an upcoming security contract. I needed some items and was pricing around. I had questions regarding certain products and product availability. I e-mailed Mike Cecil of CS Tactical and he promptly got back to me. There is a reason why they call CS Tactical the "straight shooters of the industry". Mike was up front and honest with his product assessments and recommendations. I ordered a Vortex Strikefire, a Vortex VMX3 3x magnifier, a Rico EVO 2 LED Tactical Light, and some ARMS products which he didn't have in stock at the time of my order. I explained my situation and Mike called another vendor and placed the order for the ARMS parts himself and shipped the parts directly to me. That's what I call going "above and beyond the call of duty". I have since recommended CS Tactical and Mike Cecil to my security industry associates. I will happily continue to do business with CS Tactical because I know that if I need a gun accessory, optics, or equipment, and I need it in short order, I can contact Mike Cecil at CS Tactical and either he can furnish me with the gear needed or he can order it or put me in touch with someone who does have it, and will get me squared away. This was my first purchase from Mike at CS Tactical. I emailed him mid March to see if he had my scope mount in stock: Burris P.E.P.R. Mount 1". He quickly replied saying no but was expecting a delivery any day. After a couple of days he sent me another email saying it would be the end of the month and after that time passed I called him on the phone and he explained that there was a delivery back order at the factory and he would let me know as soon as he could. In the last days of April Mike called me to see if I was still interested in the mount. I said "very much so" and he quickly filled the order and I received it 4 days later. Now that was on a Thursday evening after 5 pm and I got it in the mail Monday morning. I don't think you could ask for better customer service than that! He kept in contact with me for 2 months waiting for that mount to come in! Thanks Mike and keep up the good work. I will definitely be ordering more from you in the future. I will try to keep this as succinct as possible. I am new to long range shooting and have only made one purchase so far. Mike was my contact, he promptly answered my initial call and subsequent emails. I received the merchandise in one day (we are fortunate to reside in the same state), and I'm certain he stayed late on a Friday to do so. I plan on making many more purchases in the near future from CS Tactical.

First off I'd like to say I usually dread visiting tactical and gun supply stores because of the "know it all" types that try to belittle you. I called Mike's shop today and he answered the phone even though it was his day off. I told him I was interested in rifle scopes and right away he started in with his great customer service. He agreed to meet with me and had several top quality scopes that he let me look through (i.e., Nightforce and Premier). I opted for the Nightforce and Mike volunteered to mount it for me. I watched as he mounted the scope and saw he was a man who took pride in his customers and craft. I left his shop feeling good about my purchase and will recommend him to everybody I know!
